Ida is a dedicated advocate with extensive dispute resolution and commercial experience. She is committed to providing personalised legal services to every client, strategically leveraging her expertise in transactional work to develop innovative and efficient dispute resolution strategies.

Her practice is focused primarily on corporate and commercial disputes, encompassing intellectual property, insurance, banking and finance law. She brings significant experience in land law, constitutional law, employment and labour relations, inheritance and succession law and cross-border dispute defense.

  • Part of the team that defended the directors of a major Kenyan Company in the FMCG sector at the Supreme Court.
  • Part of the team that advised and represented a London based client in defending an insurance related claim by challenging the jurisdiction of the local courts.
  • Part of the team that successfully defended an image right claim before the High Court that was later dismissed.
  • Part of the team that has handled several employment disputes for a large public institution.
  • Part of the team that advised and acted in an arbitration on behalf of an education technology company for a claim in a software contract.
