  • Part of the team that has successfully represented an employee in a claim for unfair termination that led to an award of an aggregate sum of KES 205M.
  • Successfully acted for a County Government in Kenya in a claim challenging the allocation of land within the county. The court affirmed our defence that the mandate of allocation of public land vests in the National Land Commission and not the County Government.
  • Successfully represented a Flying Blue Platinum Member in a suit against a leading airline in Africa for breach of international laws, particularly the Warsaw Convention as read with the Montreal Convention.
  • Acted for a top engineering company based in Kenya in a multi-million claim that a trade union sought on alleged breach of a CBA, which the court found unmeritorious. Also advised the company on its internal HR policies and employment contracts to ensure compliance with the law.
  • Successfully acted for a leading company in objecting to an irregular customs review by the Kenya Revenue Authority.
