  • Currently representing a world-renowned beer maker in an appeal against a Judgment of the High Court of Kenya where USD 15 million (KES 1.8 billion) was awarded as damages.
  • Successfully defending a leading regional insurance company against a USD 5 million (KES 600 million) London Court of International Arbitration, arbitration claim.
  • Successfully defending a leading regional insurance company in a USD 1.6 million (KES 192 million) dispute over a performance guarantee issued by the company and having the matter struck out at a preliminary stage.
  • Successfully obtaining a USD 2 million (KES 240 million) settlement in favour of a client in a matter that entailed complex land use rights pertaining to unregistered community land.
  • Successfully advising a global engineering company concerning a tender dispute about a USD 1 million (KES 120 million) on-demand guarantee.
